We have a food vender truck and we’re tolls by the health inspector that we nedddd to install a grease trap to be able to be certified. We ordered and installed this grease trap and were able to pass inspection right away! It’s was very easy to instal.
Well made product. Excellent material. Good price. Plumbers have some problem installing it, but that is easily overcome. Much much better than struggling with the cost & difficulties of standard grease traps. Thanks for a fine product easing a permittable product for folks who do not have a lot of grease in their food processing.
