I haven't used this surface cleaner yet however, the Vevor site is very easy to follow, use and order from. Vevors communication was perfect and my item was delivered on time and in excellent condition with all the assembly tools included. Quick release fittings for easy storage are a bonus but should fit in a small van if stored correctly. I will update my review when I have used it.
