Great bit of kit for the price, exactly what I was looking for. Only thing to watch is making sure you don’t scratch your bar with the clamp bolt

These chains were an excellent addition to my home gym, wanted to add resistance to exercises such as chins , dips etc, which there perfect for. Also they come with collars to attach to your barbell . Very pleased with them

The chains are pretty good. I am an escape artists assistant. They were wrapped around him and then he was sealed in a large steel drum.
