Received my order quickly. It arrived in immaculate condition due to proper packaging. Albeit, instructions were challenging to follow but setting up the machine was easy. Took hopper, nozzle, ring apart and washed thoroughly. Did not experience any of the issues others experienced (ie, bad odor or black particles in my product). I did take my time cleaning unit (inside and out) before initial use and allowed to air dry. This machine saves me so much time when filing tubes, bottles. Has two attachments one of them is perfect for smaller openings. Very satisfied with my purchase.
