This was my first time use such a tool. I had to bend 1/4 \" OD tubing. The problem was that it had very- very thin tubing wall. Well, from the web I learned to fill the tube with soap water and frees it before bending. Frozen soap water provides internal support to the walls during bending, thus preventing wall buckling or collaps at bend area. Overall tool worked flawlessly, it is solid metal build and looks and feels durable

Dislike is too big handles but is ok for use one is a while.
