I had a few issues at first, but Shelley was great and took care of all my concerns and I could not be happier.

Heat press is smaller than I thought, but it works, heats up fast, a little difficult to program, directions are horrible. But, with common sense and a general knowledge of electronics, you should be fine.

Love my print press no problems at all, perfect for the price and what I need it for, would definitely buy again

I will give this product a 5 stars.. Even though I was missing parts.. But this heat press works Amazing!!I love it!..

The only thing I would suggest is to incorporate a clamp of some sort on the hat press to keep the hat in place. I use small metal clips to keep my hats in place and works well. Otherwise I am very happy with the press and all the options it comes with!!

I received a defective product with my first shipment. I was very disappointment that the temperature would not heat up correctly on my press (temp stayed at 65 degrees and would not increase). I contacted the seller and they were great to work with. They agreed to send me a new product and resolved my issue in a timely manner. I have not received my new press yet, but will update once I do. I know that if anything is wrong, the company will go above and beyond to make it right.

Works great! My only complaints are the removable mats slipping when we put a hoodie on it. We had to glue it down. Also, a screw was off and one is missing. Overall, it works well.

I like it. No instructions to tell you what the mats are for.
