We ordered this tent for our school as a reading dome and the children were so excited to use it! However, we put it up and two of the clips/ connectors on the door broke within days! We cannot use it at all and we have contacted the seller multiple times but not heard back yet, despite them saying they would within 72 hours. We cannot order separate clips for this at all and they have not got back to us at all for replacements. This is unacceptable and a waste of money! We are a school and our children are without a resource.
