Great customer service
My first time using it was very disappointing as it didn't work properly and kept heating up. I emailed customer service and in about a week they had figured out the issue and sent a new control box. It now works perfectly and I'm so happy! If you have issues just contact customer support and they'll fix it for you

Eh..ok
Very minimal instructions. I have had to do a lot of guess and check on how to use. What instructions did come are hard to understand and I can't get the machine to work using them. It also takes a while to heat up. I haven't used it much but to trial and error and 1 order for a friend of just names on shirts.

Product is no good
I have had it since June 15th and it will not stay on while heating up for my t shirts. Power keeps shutting off and this is only September 14th. It has only been 3 months and its shutting off. I will never buy anything else from Vevor.

This is the small press. You can see by the photo that it does good for half page presses. Get the 15x15 for larger presses.
