How do you dispose of them? and are there any environmental considerations.

The product can be disposed of in the trash when no longer needed. Polymer contents will degrade with sunlight exposure, pressure, and time, leaving an empty pouch that can be thrown in the trash. There's no environmental problem.

If so how do I dispose of them after use?

Yes, they are single use and can be used for about 3 months. After use, please put the product in a dry environment and out of sunlight. During this period, it's recommended to water them several times to maintain the effect. However, the effect is best the first time they are used, and then gradually decreases.
